Rachel Credo was the Regional Center Service Coordinator for my son before she started her agency. Paul has Cerebral Palsy and is nonverbal, but he understands. As Paul 's care became increasingly more problematic, Rachel was able to guide us through a complex situation. She processed us in a timely manner because she is dedicated and skilled. She works tirelessly to advocate for her clients. With her primary concern for Paul's physical and emotional well-being, she was able to give his family and primary caregiver the support we needed. With Paul's needs in front, she solved conflicts between staff encouraging them to put their differences aside for the benefit of their mutual client. Keeping them on task while allowing both sides to be heard and understood. This is only one of the skills that defines Rachel. Rachel is organized, efficient, diligent and able to navigate complex situations with unusual sensitivity and care. We, Paul, his mother and sisters feel very lucky to have had her expertise and support.

What an awesome Independent Facilitator Rachel Credo is. I feel so lucky as well as blessed to have found her. When it came to explaining the SDP program, she helped me understand what feels like a very complicated process, seem doable, yay! The PCP she generated is perfect. She absolutely listened to everything I communicated to her. When I read the final draft of our PCP, I couldn't have been more pleased. Rachel Credo is an outstanding Independent Facilitator.  Rachel helped me to understand what services were available to my child and worked to write a thorough and accurate person-centered plan.  She was there to guide me through the process of getting a budget approved with the Regional Center and has helped every step of the way.  Rachel is reliable, caring, and fiercely dedicated to getting people with disabilities needed services.  Her knowledge of the system is outstanding.  I cannot recommend her enough.

Rachel offered my son and our family full support in understanding and navigating the PCP and SDP enrollment processes. We needed help at every stage because we had no idea how long the process would take. Although the regional center caused some delays, Rachel never stopped following up on our behalf. She is quick to respond to email, text, and calls. In addition to being an expert in her field, she is also very kind, motivating, and patient. We were disappointed at times due to unanticipated delays from the regional center, but Rachel was always there to console us and encourage us that the wait was worthwhile. We interviewed several independent facilitators and felt honored to have chosen Rachel. My son had just started SDP Year 1, and we were pleased to be able to select appropriate service providers for him. Thank you, Rachel, for all of your help and diligence. It is hard to put into words how Rachel singularly has changed the course of our lives especially in transitioning to Self Determination. She not only has the deep understanding on how everything works but has been hands-on throughout the entire process. We are always her priority and I feel safe moving forward with her in many aspects of my son’s development.
